About this template
The Costco Receipt format reproduces the layout this kind of store prints at the register: header lines, itemized columns, the totals block and footer text all sit where customers expect them.
Every line is editable. Rename the store, rewrite items and quantities, adjust the tax rate, add a tip or discount, and set the payment method, tendered amount and barcode payload. Totals recalculate as you type.
Common uses include replacing a lost receipt for a return or warranty claim, keeping readable copies for expense reports, and creating realistic props or design mockups. As always, only recreate receipts for purchases that really happened.
