The Walmart receipt format, line by line
A Walmart receipt has a structure regulars recognize at a glance: the Supercenter number and address lines up top, item names in all caps with prices on the right, the transaction codes, a tax line, and the EFT authorization block near the bottom. This template reproduces that layout, and every one of those lines is editable, from the store address to the cashier name.
Change quantities or prices and the subtotal, tax and total recalculate the way the register would. The barcode is a real Code 128 render of the transaction number you enter, and you can switch between 58mm and 80mm widths to match the look you remember.
The most common use is replacing a lost Walmart receipt for a return, exchange or warranty claim on something you actually bought. Rebuild it from the details you remember, download a PNG or PDF, and keep a copy before the paper version fades for good.
